Damaged Items (Refund Eligible)
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged:

You must contact us at support@chandnijewellery.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging

Clear photos of the item must be provided prior to return approval

Once approved and received, a full refund will be issued for the item only (shipping fees are not refundable)

Bangle Exchange (Sizing Only)

Bangle exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability
